Schiaparelli established a prolific sire and dam producing female line – through her son Swallow Tail and daughters Barley Corn (Hyperion), Herringbone (King Salmon) and Cutaway (Fairway). The latter is ancestress of The United States. Like her dam, Cutaway is closely kinbred (2x1).
