Linngari’s female line traces to the mare Tourzima, a product of the stud of Marcel Boussac, whose descendants found their way to the Aga Khan. Tourzima is inbred 2x2 to full sisters Durban and Heldifan, who are the dams respectively of Tourbillon and Djezima (dam of Djeddah, by Tourbillon’s son Djebel). Major performers in the family invariable carry duplicates of the female line descendants. Linngari’s 5th dam Licata is by Abdos, a son of Arbar (by Djebel and very close kin to Tourzima). Licata produced topclass Acamas (Mill Reef), Akarad and Akiyda (both by Ladas). Mill Reef is by Never Bend, whose dam Lalun is by Djeddah. Ladas’grandam Cordova is by Djebel, while her 3rd dam Diademe is a full sister to Tourbillon.

Linngari’s grandam is by Doyoun, a son of Mill Reef.

Linngari’s sire Indian Ridge is from the Djebel male line (Ahonoora, Lorenzaccio, Klairon, Clarion, Djebel). Indian Ridge’s Gr1 son Daytona is inbred to Klairon, through his grandam l’Attrayante, who already had Djebel 3x3. Another Gr1 son, Definite Article has Lorenzaccio 3x3.

Linngari’s French stakes winner Garlingari (rated 120) is out of a mare inbred to Lalun (through sons of Sadler’s Wells and Mill Reef), while his 4th dam is by Tyrant, the same source of My Babu as found in Indian Ridge’s Gr1 son Daytona.

Three other of Linngari’s stakes winners in France and Brazil are inbred to Blushing Groom and Nijinsky, a kin-related pair of stallions, and found together (2x2) in Linngari’s damsire Kahyasi.
