KIN-BREEDING: Hot Streak’s sire and dam descend from notable female lines. His sire Iffraaj is by Zafonic (Gone West) out of Pastorale (half sister by Nureyev to Cape Cross).
His grandam Manwah is by Lyphard out of Height Of Fashion (Bustino), making her half sister to stallions Nashwan (Blushing Groom), Unfuwain (Norhtern Dancer), Nayef (Gulch) and to the mare Bashayer (Mr Prospector). The latter is ancestress of champion Baaeed (by Sea The Stars, son of Cape Cross).
The pedigree of South African stallion Count duBois (by Zafonic) shows many links with the one of Hot Streak. Strikingly, the dam of Hot Streak’s son King Ragnar (who ran twice for Mike de Kock in Dubai) is by Fasliyev (Nureyev x Mr P.) out of a half sister to Count duBois by Nashwan (Blushing Groom x Height Of Fashion – half brother to Hot Streak’s grandam).
GONE WEST line sires in South Africa: Last Winter, Red Ray, What A Winter (Western Winter); A Case Of You (Hot Streak)

Pedigree
Karjera, the dam of A Case Of You, is full sister to two stakes performers. Their sire Key Of Luck (Chief’s Crown by Danzig) is half brother to successful sire Anaaba (Danzig) and French Gr1 filly Always Loyal (Zilzal by Nureyev). Their dam Balbonella is closely kinbred through grandsire Vaguely Noble (Vienna) and grandam Bergamasque (Kashmir). This ties in with Karjera’s third dam Trillionaire who is kinbred through her sire Vaguely Noble and 3rd dam Betsy Ross.
Vienna is by Aureole and is from Pretty Polly female line. Kashmir is by Tudor Melody and is from Lady Juror female line. Betsy Ross is close kin to Crepello.
